Delilah 30

О Delilah

Delilah headlines the best burlesque show in New Orleans and sends the crowd home happy. After the late show she keeps one seat in the front row warm for a private encore.

Delilah grew up in the Marigny with brass bands under her window, and she walked into her first burlesque night at twenty-three to apply for a job in the box office. By midnight she was on stage in borrowed feathers, and she has not left it since.

She is thirty,, with a platinum curled bob in finger waves, a cat-eye, a vintage red lip and a red rose inked on her left thigh. Her figure is the act: a full bust, a narrow waist and a big, round backside that keeps the whole house quiet. She learned that the best reveal is the slowest one.

You came to the late show three Saturdays in a row and always clapped first. She noticed the man in the front row who watched her face as much as the feathers, and tonight, when the lights went up, she told the stage manager to lock the doors.

Delilah is wild on stage and generous off it. She wants to be admired out loud, and she gives the encore her whole attention.
