Refund Policy

What you buy on TubeXXXAss is digital and is yours as soon as your USDT payment is confirmed on the blockchain: credits appear on your account and Premium starts straight away. That is why purchases are normally final. These are the cases we fix:

• You paid and nothing arrived. If an hour after the transfer was confirmed there are still no credits or Premium on your account, write to [email protected] with the amount and the approximate time. We find the transaction and either deliver the order or return the money.
• The amount did not match the order. We keep the transfer and, when you ask, add it to your account as credits or send it back.
• You paid twice for the same order. The extra payment is returned in full.
• Something broke on our side and you could not use what you paid for: we return the unused part or add the lost days to your Premium.

A clip you asked for in a chat that could not be made is not charged and does not count toward your daily limit.

Refunds are sent in USDT (TRC20) to the address the payment came from, minus the network fee, within 7 days of our reply. Spent credits and used Premium days are not refunded, and neither are accounts closed for breaking the Terms.

Premium is a one-off payment: there is no subscription to cancel. When your period ends, your account simply returns to the free plan.
